Credit Cards Only - No Cash - $100 deposit on all reservations.
Balance due upon check-in. All prices have taxes included in them.
Due to high demands, we have some one-week minimums during the peak season.
Cancellation Notice - MUST call no later than 30 days before date of arrival. If cancelling after
the 30-days required, a 3 night minimum will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am. See list of things to bring.
Boat docks: due to the limited number of boat docks, they are for rent to WEEKLY guest only
for $20 per day. Pets are welcome as we agree with everyone that your pets are part of the
family. Pets are to be on a leash at all times. If pets are left alone, in the cabin, they must be in a kennel.
